1. Order Processing Time
All products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted Printify production partners.
Production Time: 1–3 business days
Peak Seasons (Nov–Dec): 3–7 business days
Orders begin production as soon as they are placed and cannot be cancelled once printing has begun.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery time begins after the order has been produced and dispatched.
Australia (Standard Shipping): 5–15 business days
New Zealand: 7–18 business days
United States: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–18 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect Printify’s supplier rates. Perfect Tee AU does not mark up Printify’s shipping fees.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking is provided on all orders when available. You will receive an email with your tracking link once shipped.
5. Multiple Items in One Order
Items may arrive separately if fulfilled by different Printify production partners.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Perfect Tee AU is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or postal issues. Reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive, contact us at Perfect-Tee-Au@outlook.com. We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund according to ACL.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
Contact us within 7 days with photos. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded under Australian Consumer Law.
9. International Customs Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes on international orders.
