Eligibility Criteria for Change-of-Mind Returns

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, returned items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • free from stains, odours, and pet hair

  • not torn, stretched, or visibly damaged

  • in original condition with tags (where applicable)

Custom or personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty under ACL.

Items that arrive used, damaged, or in poor condition may be rejected or partially refunded.
